Froggy’s journey with cake and sugar art began 11 years ago, where he discovered his true love and talent for the craft. Over the years, Froggy honed his distinct skills, and in 2020, with modest beginnings, he established his own small commercial kitchen. This was a space dedicated to crafting exquisite cakes for his loyal clientele.
Today, Froggy continues to venture forward, with the opening of his very own cake studio and shop. Froggy’s expertise and vision ensure that every creation isn’t just visually stunning but is equally delectable. Froggy made our spectacular naked wedding cake, liaised with the florist to arrange fresh flowers and provided a cutting guide for our reception venue so we could serve it for dessert. We had caramel sponge with a chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream icing, which we had the opportunity to taste prior. Apart from looking beautiful, the cake tasted amazing and we're still eating it

Added: We selected six flavours to sample in house, and had a hard time narrowing it down to three! As I wanted a three-tier vintage inspired wedding cake, we selected a flavour for each tier. The cakes were not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, perfectly capturing the aesthetic we were aiming for.

Froggy was an absolute wizard when it came to marking our cake for our big day, creating a masterpiece that exceed our expectations visually and taste wise. He was so patient throughout the whole profess giving us options to cater to different cultural requirements and also options around budgets. Thank you Froggy for making our cake dreams come true! I reached out to ask whether he could recreate Paul Hollywood's French framboisier, a showstopping technical challenge from the most recent season of The Great British Bake Off. This is not a simple cake by any stretch of the imagination. A framboisier is an elegant, labour-intensive French patisserie classic, involving delicate layers of genoise sponge, a rich crème mousseline, and fresh raspberries, all encased in a flawlessly smooth finish that demands both precision and skill to pull off. It is, in every sense, a cake that demands patience, skill, and a real understanding of the craft and Froggy nailed it. 100% recommend.

Just had their Dubai chocolate and raspberry cake (two separate cakes) Froggy made for a friend’s wedding today. It was moist and both were delicious.
So happy with my wedding cake made by Froggy, I wanted something simple and whimsical to match my decor and venue and what he delivered was even better than I imagined. Highly recommend the marble cake with pistachio buttercream which we custom ordered and his signature Pandan with Kaya butter cream.
